Good ingredients and easy to swallow
"It is always hard to rate a supplement. As you know, most of them take a while to have any sort of affect and sometimes it is very subtle. However, I can rate it on how easy it is to use. These are great pills with little taste. Look at the ingredients and if it is something you are interested in, then I can recommend it. I would never go with a supplement based off getting it as cheaply as possible, and so these fit the bill. They arent cheap or expensive, just a good value for the money. We like the ingredients, so decided to give it a try. Seems effective, and no side effects have been noticed so that is always good."
