Free shipping for purchases over $75.00 and is available for the lower 48 states only. Please see the FAQ on our website for the most up-to-date shipping policy.
Items are shipped from our warehouses in California.
We process and ship orders typically within 48-72 business hours. You will receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as your order has been fulfilled. Depending on the shipping option you selected at checkout, orders typically arrive within 4-8 business days for U.S. once shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Missing Packages Policy
At Nora Ross, Inc., we strive to ensure that your orders arrive safely and on time. However, if you find that your package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
- Check with Neighbors: Sometimes packages can be mistakenly delivered to a neighbor or left in an unusual location. Please check with your neighbors and around your property to see if the package may be there.
- Contact the Postal Carrier: We recommend reaching out to your local postal carrier or visiting their office for further assistance. They may have additional information regarding the delivery of your package.
- File a Claim with the Postal Service: If your package cannot be located, you will need to file a claim with the postal service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to report the missing package. Claims can typically be filed through their respective websites
- Notify Us: Please inform us of your situation by emailing sales@noraross.com. Include your order number and any correspondence related to your claim.
- Investigation: Once you’ve filed a claim and notified us, we will review the information and work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that we cannot issue a replacement or refund until the claim investigation has been completed.
- Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate. Nora Ross, Inc. is not liable for packages lost after being marked as delivered by the postal carrier.
