Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $75 within the United States (lower 48 states only).
  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48–72 business hours from our California warehouse.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days for U.S. orders, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
  • International delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping carrier.

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • We are unable accomodate in-person transactions such as sales, refunds, or exchanges. All transactions will be processed online.

Missing Packages Policy

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter delivery issues. If your package has been marked as delivered but cannot be found, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Nearby: Look around your property and check with neighbors. Packages are occasionally delivered to the wrong address or left in an unusual location.
  2. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to your local postal carrier or delivery service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). They may provide additional delivery details.
  3. File a Claim: If the package cannot be located, file a claim with the postal service through their website.
  4. Notify Us: Email us at sales@noraross.com with your order number and any details related to the claim.

Investigation & Resolution

  • We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Please note that we cannot issue a refund or replacement until the postal carrier’s investigation is complete.

Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout. Nora Ross, Inc. is not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. If an address error is made on your part and the package needs to be reshipped, a reshipping fee will be charged. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect address information entered during checkout.
