New Year, New Self Care Goals

What a perfect time of year to set some goals to achieve better self care and set new intentions for the coming year!

A great way to start is by taking a look at your current routine and deciding what is working and what needs a bit of a change up.

We’ve listed some of the most common self care goals and how you can achieve them this coming year.

GOAL #1: STRENGTHEN YOUR LOCKS

Over the course of a year, hair goes through a lot! From heat styling, to coloring and everything in between. If you’re looking to repair, replenish and strengthen those locks, you’ll want to give your hair a little extra hydration. Jojoba oil is a great option! It’s rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish hair, including vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, copper, and zinc. Because of it’s strengthening power, jojoba oil may also promote hair thickness.

GOAL #2: STAY HYDRATED -

Then you can increase that by 10 to 15min increments until you get to the sleep schedule that works for you.

GOAL #7: PROTECTING COLORED HAIR

Stop watching your previous investment go down the drain. Choose shampoos and conditioners that are specially formulated for color-treated hair to keep your color fresh and extend your shade’s life and vibrancy.
